Refund policy

At Image London Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, our return and refund policy is as follows:

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Begin by reaching out to us at info@imagelondonacademy.com to request a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@imagelondonacademy.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at info@imagelondonacademy.com.

Klarna Payments

If you used Klarna for your purchase, Klarna will refund all payments you've already made. The refund will be issued back to the credit or debit card that you used to pay your first installment. If you have outstanding payments, they will be automatically adjusted to reflect your return. To stay updated on your payment schedule and manage your account, you can download the Klarna App or log into your Klarna account.
